Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. We encourage thorough order reviews before making a purchase decision.
Refund/Replacements:
Refund or replacements are issued in the following circumstances:
1. Incorrect item received
2. Product defective on arrival
3. Parcel damaged during transit
In cases of an incorrect or defective order or damage during transit, customers must provide a complete uncut unboxing video within 24-48 hours of delivery, with all labels visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and aids accurate issue assessment. To initiate a refund/replacement, email us at support@godlyshine.in with your concern and attach the unboxing video. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Upon receiving your concern and unboxing video, our team will review the information to determine the appropriate action.
Godly Shine reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement request not meeting our requirements.
Exclusions:
Products acquired during a sale are not eligible for exchanges. We are committed to providing substantial discounts during our sales, and in reciprocation, we ask our customers to thoughtfully evaluate their selections before completing a purchase.
Issues arising from not following proper jewellery care instructions are not eligible for replacement.
We provide care guidelines for your jewellery’s longevity and quality. Negligence or improper care, such as exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals or rough handling, makes concerns ineligible for replacement.

Exchange Policy for Ring Size Issues or Undesired Products:
Please be aware that we do not provide complimentary exchanges. A total charge of INR 199 (subject to variation based on your location) will be applicable and is the customer's responsibility for all exchange transactions.
We recognise the challenges of buying jewellery online, especially when it involves ring sizes or personal preferences. Alternatively, to facilitate exchanges for ring size issues or undesired products, please adhere to the following steps:
1. Notify us of the issue via email (support@godlyshine.in) or Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the preferred size in your communication.
2. Carefully package the item, and we will arrange for its pickup. Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition and packaging.
3. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the product meets the criteria of being in its original condition and packaging, we will proceed to dispatch the desired size to you.
It's important to note that we do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges. While we are committed to assisting with the exchange process, it is the customer's responsibility to promptly inform us.
